Our integral rental management service is designed for individuals and companies with rental assets who wish to be relieved of all responsibilities related to the administration of their properties, regardless of the number of properties they own. One of the main advantages of this service is the payment guarantee it offer, which we will detail below.

It’s very simple: by contracting our integral rental management, we guarantee that on the same day of each month (usually between the 5th and the 7th) you will receive the agreed amount of rent in your bank account. This removes any worries and administrative tasks related to the rental process.

Our fees are 5% + VAT and for each of the Lease Agreements and the commercialization of each of the Properties; 1 monthly payment plus the corresponding VAT.

(i) A 5% fee is charged on the gross monthly amount of the rents of the Lease Agreements, plus the corresponding VAT.

(ii) In addition, a monthly rental fee is charged for each of the Lease Agreements, plus the corresponding VAT.
